摘要
离子色谱是分析无机阴离子的一种最有效的方法。离子色谱法作为一种公认有效的微量离子分析技术,现今已经得到广泛应用,主要涉及到环境、医学和食品等方面。应用离子色谱法测定饮用水中的氟离子、氯离子、硝酸根离子和硫酸根离子的含量。以特定浓度Na2CO3/NaHCO3为淋洗液,利用离子色谱法对饮用水中无机阴离子的种类和含量进行了分析研究,该法能准确快速的测定出水样中所含F-,Cl-,NO3-,SO-2-的含量,F-,Cl-,NO3-,SO42-的相对标准偏差为0.72%~2.40%,检出限为0.150 0μg·mL-1~0.434 4μg·mL-1,回收率为98.3%~105.9%。实验结果发现,三种水样中的F-含量均超出国家标准,长期饮用这样的水将损害人体的健康。
The ion chromatograph(IC) system is one of the most effective methods for analyzing inorganic anion.As an accepted and effective trace-ion analytical technique,IC has been widely used in different kinds of areas such as environmental,medicine and food industry.The content of F-,Cl-,NO-3,SO2-4 in drinking water was determined by ion chromatography.The various kinds and content of inorganic anions in drinking water were analyzed with ion chromatography using given concentration of Na2CO3/NaHCO3 as leacheate.This method can determine the content of F-,Cl-,NO-3,SO2-4 of aqueous sample very quickly and accurately.The relative standard deviation of the above four anions are 0.718%~2.40%,and the detection limit are 0.150 0 μg·mL-1~0.434 4 μg·mL-1 while the percent recovery are 98.3%~105.8%.The results show that the content of F-of this three water samples all exceed National Standard.Drinking water like this over a long period of time would do harm to the health of people.
