摘要
目的:分析报告信息基本情况,评估报告质量,提出改进措施。方法:应用描述性流行病学方法对2004～2006年安徽省网络报告的73起学校突发公共卫生事件及相关信息进行分析,同时对照有关报告要求,对报告个案进行评价,归纳存在的问题。结果:事件发生地乡小学占43.8%。呼吸道传染病居首位,占81%。报告事件数量逐年增加。全省县区报告覆盖率3年累计为41%。每百万人口报告事件数全省为1.2。1/3报告欠规范。结论:应加强报告意识,改进督导评估机制,提高报告覆盖率与报告质量。
Objective To analyze the basic information of the reports to assess their quality and to make some improvement measures. Methods Use descriptive epidemiological methods to analyze the 73 reports of school public health emergencies between 2004 and 2006 and to evaluate each report respectively so as to summarize the shortcomings compared with related request. Results In countryside primary schools, the incident happened frequently, accounting for 43.8%. Respiratory contagious diseases rank top, accounting for 81%. From 2004 to 2006, it had an ascending tendency in the quantities of emergency public health event at schools. And the coverage rate of the county＇s reports are up to 41% accumulatively. There were 1.2 incidents per one million people. The proportion of the reports which could not meet the requirement accounted for 1/3. Conclusion We should strengthen the awareness of report and improve the mechanisms of supervision and evaluation to enhance the coverage rate and the quality of the report.
