摘要
目的:探讨阿胶铁口服液改善营养性贫血的功能。方法:将40只Wistar大鼠饲以缺铁基础饲料造成大鼠营养性贫血模型,随机分为缺铁对照组(饲低铁基础饲料,灌胃2.0ml去离子水)及阿胶铁口服液低、中、高剂量组(饲低铁基础饲料,每日灌胃分别给予阿胶铁口服液0.33、1.0、2.0ml),观察并比较实验前、后各组大鼠血红蛋白含量、红细胞压积、红细胞游离原卟啉(FEP)含量及肝、肾脏组织中的铁含量。结果:灌胃给予阿胶铁口服液4周后,阿胶铁口服液各剂量组大鼠血红蛋白含量和红细胞压积及增加值较缺铁对照组显著升高(P<0.05),FEP含量及增加值均显著低于缺铁对照组(P<0.05),补充阿胶铁口服液可明显增加大鼠的肝脏和脾脏中铁含量,并且中、高剂量组大鼠的肝脏和脾脏中铁含量显著高于缺铁对照组及低剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:阿胶铁口服液能有效地改善大鼠的营养性贫血。
Objective： To observe the efficiency of donkey-hide glue iron oral solution in improving nutritional anemia. Methods： Nutritional anemia animal models were made by giving food absence of iron to rat, Forty rats were randomly enrolled into 4 groups, mould group （food absence of iron was given, and deion- ized water was administered at a dose of 2.0 ml per day）, low, middle and high dosage of donkey-hide glue iron oral solution group （food absence of iron was given , and donkey-hide glue iron oral solution was administered at a dose of 0.33, 1.0, 2.0 ml per day）. The change of Hb level, HCT, FEP, iron contents in liver and spleen were observed, to determine the efficiency of donkey-hide glue iron oral solution in improving nutritional anemia. Results： After four weeks, Hb level, HCT and their raise were higher notably than those in mould group, FEP and its raise were shorter notably than mould group. Iron contents in liver and spleen can be improved obviously by supplying donkey-hide glue iron oral solution, they were higher notably in middle and high dosage group than in mould group. Conclusion： The donkey-hide glue iron oral solution is quite effective in improving nutritional anemia.
