摘要
目的了解临床护士职业满意度和专业认可度，探讨其影响因素并分析专业认可度对职业满意度的影响。方法采用问卷法对100名护士进行职业满意度和专业认可度的调查。通过描述分析和回归分析处理所得数据。结果临床护士职业满意度处于中等水平，待遇、行政体系和自律性是导致护士满意度低的主要因素。护士专业认可度较高，护士的自我概念正确，对职业的认识度高。专业认可度对职业满意度有显著影响，社会对护理的认识是影响职业满意度最重要的方面。结论应对护士进行职业教育，采取人性化管理措施，提高护士的职业满意度和专业认可度。
Objective In order to know the working satisfaction and professionalism for clinical nurses, and then analyze the related factors. Methods Investigated 100 nurses by questionnaires on their working satisfaction and professionalism. Results Working satisfaction was medium, which was influenced mainly by pay, administration and autonomy. Professionalism was high, self-concept and cognition to nursing were high. Professionalism highly affected Working satisfaction. Conclusion We should try to improve Working satisfaction and professionalism of nurses by occupational consciousness education and human oriented management.
