摘要
产业可持续发展强调从产业层面实现人口、资源、环境三要素以及生态、经济、社会三大系统的协调发展,注重发展的可持续性。产业可持续发展能力评估指标基础——产业可持续发展支持系统包括产业发展基础支持系统、产业协调能力支持系统和产业可持续性支持系统。构建多指标综合评价模型对各区域产业可持续发展能力进行总体评估,可以为各区域产业可持续发展能力的提升提供对策依据。
The theory of industrial sustainable development stresses the sustainability of growth, that is, the well-balanced development among three elements including population, resource and environment, and among three systems including ecology, economy and society. The industrial sustainable development support systems are composed of industrial growth foundation support system, industrial coordination ability support system and industrial sustainability support system. By building up a muhi-indicatory comprehensive assessment model, we can evaluate the sustainable development capacity of the regional industry and, moreover, provide some countermeasures for the region to achieve sustainable objectives.
