质子酸掺杂聚苯胺的制备及其常温气敏性能 被引量:1

Preparation of proton acid doped polyaniline and its gas-sensing properties

摘要 以苯胺为单体,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,采用化学氧化聚合法,在酸性介质中合成了聚苯胺。并用FT-IR光谱和UV-Vis光谱对聚苯胺掺杂前后的结构变化进行了分析,研究了不同质子酸掺杂对聚苯胺气敏性能的影响。结果表明,经质子酸掺杂后的聚苯胺,在室温下对NH3具有较好的灵敏度,其中结果最好的1mol/LH2SO4掺杂的聚苯胺对500×10–6NH3的灵敏度达到了10.86。 Aniline was oxidized by ammonium persulfate (APS) in acidic aqueous for the synthesis of polyaniline. By means of FT-IR spectra and UV-Vis spectra, the structural changes of intrinsic and doped polyaniline were measured. The influence of the doped acid on the polyaniline sensitivity was also investigated. The results reveal that the gas sensors based on doped polyaniline have a high sensitivity to NH3 under the room temperature, especially the sensitivity of 1 mol/L H2SO4 doped polyaniline to 500×10^-6 NH3 reach 10.86.
