摘要
在文献资料研究的基础上,采用广泛的社会调查和逻辑分析与类比归纳相结合的科学研究方法,着力于历史事件来反映新时期我国体育管理体制和运行机制中存在的主要问题,并从政治、经济、文化的角度进行理性分析,借鉴体育发达国家的成功经验,对现有的体育管理体制有效性思考,提出有关促进我国体育管理方面的创新体制、制度和运行机制的理论构想。
On the basis of literature, with the methods of extensive social investigation, logical analysis and analogy generalization, the paper tries to reflect the existing main problem in sports management institute and operating mechanism of China in the new period via historical affairs, and carries out a rational analysis from perspective of politics, economy and culture. It is suggested that successfid experience should be absorbed from sports developed countries, carry on a effective thinking of current sports management institute, showld he carried on and an innovative system and theoretical conceive at promoting sports management institute and operating mechanism of China showld put forwand.
