摘要 本文主要分析满足用户与任务应用需求的卫星网络服务质量QoS需求,为设计建设满足某应用需求的卫星网络提供支持。首先分析卫星网络组成结构特点与运行结构特点,再对满足用户与任务应用需求的卫星网络服务质量QoS关键指标—时延及时延变化进行重点分析,包括分析其产生的原因与分类、分析对卫星网络通信产生影响和改善措施等,最后以主要满足天基预警系统建设需求为目标。基于上述研究,提出基于GEO/MEO双层星座和地面关口站共同组成的分层协同的卫星网络系统。 In this paper, QoS (Quality of Service) requirements of satellite network satisfying applications demands of users and tasks are analyzed in order to support the design and construction of satellite network satisfying applications demands. At first, the characteristic of architecture and operation of satellite network is analyzed, then the key QoS indexes satisfying applications demands of users and tasks such as delay and delay varying are analyzed emphatically, including the reason and type of forming, affections to communication in satellite network, steps of improving, etc. At the end, the cooperation satellite network that is composed of GEO/MEO two-layer satellite constellations and terrestrial is proposed on the based of the design and construction requirement of space-based warn system.
