摘要
根据宽带卫星网络特点和应用需求特性,对MPLS DiffServ QoS保证体系进行适当改进,建立了适合宽带卫星网络的QoS保证体系。该体系支持两个基本业务类别,分别采用第2层交换和第3层转发的模式实现分组传递。在这两个基本业务类别内,可以继续划分优先级别。在该体系的设计过程中考虑了切换问题对于QoS的影响。
This paper proposes a framework tbr the quality of service (QoS) guarantee in the broadband satellite network, which is the modification based on the MPLS DiffServ QoS guarantee framework according to the characteristics of the satellite network and the requirements of the applications. The framework supports two basic types of traffic in which the packets are transferred by layer 2 switching and layer 3 forwarding. And the priorities can be classified in the two types respectively. What's more, the impact of the handover issue on the QoS guarantee is taken into account in designing the framework.
