摘要
目的:观察真空负压中药水动按摩治疗原发性早泄的有效性和安全性。方法:采用真空负压中药水动按摩治疗原发性早泄38例,并与采用阴茎中药浸浴疗法治疗的38例进行对照,主要观察两组平均阴道内射精潜伏期、性交满意度评分以及患者及其配偶对性生活的满意程度的变化情况。结果:治疗后治疗组平均阴道内射精潜伏期、性交满意度评分等较对照组提高明显,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);且治疗组的性生活满意率为73.7%,对照组仅为42.1%。结论:真空负压中药水动按摩治疗原发性早泄疗效明显。
Objective： To observe the efficacy and safe on primarily ejaculation praecox treated with vacuum underpressure herbal medicine liquid moving massage therapy. Method： 38 cases of primarily ejaculation praecox were treated with vacuum underpressure herbal medicine liquid moving massag and controlled with 38 cases with penis herbal medicine immersion therapy. The score of average endovaginal ejaculating incubation period, satisfactory degree for sexual intercourse and the satisfactory degree changes of sex life were observed mainly. Results： The score of average endovaginal ejaculating incubation period, satisfactory degree for sexual intercourse in the treatment group were elevated obviously after treatment as compared with that in the control group （P 〈0.01 ）. The satisfactory rate of sex life was73.7% in the treatment group and 42.1% in the control group. Conclusion ： The Therapy of vacuum underpressure herb- al medicine liquid moving massage has obvious effects for primarily ejaculation praecox.
