摘要
目的:探讨畲族医药食凉调脂汤治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选择高脂血症患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组32例用中成药脂必妥治疗,治疗组58例用畲药食凉调脂汤治疗,疗程均为2个月,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗组改善临床症状和血脂指标明显,特别对实症显著,达95.7%;与对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),两组治疗高胆固醇(TC)比较具有显著性:差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后1个月内与对照组比较总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c)差异分别有显著性和极显著性意义(P<0.05和P<0.01),甘油三酯(TG),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)两组疗程接近:2个月后两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:畲药食凉调脂汤具有明显影响脂质代谢,改善临床症状,是治疗高脂血症的有效方。
Objective： To explioe the clinical curative effect of She -national medical, Shiliang Tiaozhi Tang , for hyperlipldemia. Methods ： 90 cases of hyperlipidemia were randomly devided into treatment group and contrast group. 32 cases in the contrast group were treat with Chinese traditional medicine Zhi Bi Tuo while 58 cases in the treatment group were treat with She -national medicine, Shiliang Tiaozhi Tang. Both had a course of 2 months＇period and were observed for the therapeutic effect. Results ： The treatment group showed improved chnical symptoms and improved index of blood - fat, especially for those with Shi Zhang as high as 95.7%, which had significant difference compared with the contrast group. （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Treatment for High cholesterol （TC） had significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）, For Total cholesterol （TC） and low extreme significance（ P 〈0.01 ） in 1 month＇treatment. Both group had similar course of treatment for triglyceride （ TG）, high density lipoprotein （ HDL - c）. No significant difference after 2 months （ P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion： She - national medicine, Shiliang Tiaozhi Tang can markedly affect lipid metabolism, improve clinical symptoms which can be an effective Chinese Traditional Medicine.
