摘要
对弱势人群实施医疗救助是构建社会主义和谐社会的需要。在推进"城镇居民基本医疗保险"的同时,我们应进一步构建医疗救助这一医疗保障制度的"网底",普惠全体公民,确保医疗保障的公平性。为此,就上海市医疗救助现况进行了调研,在此基础上,提出了进一步完善医疗救助体系的建议。
It is necessary to establish medical aid program for the poor, in order to set up harmony society. We need further improve the medical aid Program that is the net bottom of medical security to meet the health need of entire population and to realize the equity of medical security. For the above reason, this paper analyzes the current situation of Shanghai medical aid system and gives suggestions on further improving medical aid system in China.
