摘要
为做好医疗救助工作,有效防范化解因病返贫致贫风险,对长阳土家族自治县2017年以来医疗救助工作的主要做法、成效及经验进行了总结,对当前存在的主要问题进行了分析。研究发现,长阳县医疗救助存在医疗救助资金筹措渠道有限、医疗救助对象覆盖范围受限、“事后补救”的救助方式有弊端等问题,并提出切实做好医疗救助工作的宣传引导,加大医疗救助资金的筹集和监督力度,有序扩大医疗救助覆盖人群范围等建议。
In order to do a good job in medical assistance work,effectively prevent and resolve the risk of returning to poverty due to illness,the main practices,achievements and experiences of medical assistance work in Changyang Tujia Autonomous County since 2017 were summarized,and the current main problems were analyzed.The study found that there were some problems in medical assistance in Changyang County,such as limited financing channels for medical assistance,limited coverage of medical assistance objects,and drawbacks in the way of“post-relief”assistance.It also put forward some suggestions,such as doing a good job in the publicity and guidance of medical assistance,increasing the collection and supervision of medical assistance funds,and expanding the coverage of medical assistance in an orderly manner.
