摘要
传播能力的话题和传播本身一样经久不衰,但对于什么是传播能力却一直众说纷纭。通过对传播能力的概念与内涵进行深入探讨,统计、分析当前传播能力研究的视域与取向,本文认为大众媒介并不是传播能力实施的唯一主体,传播能力更是服务型善治政府建设的重要方面,对传播能力的关注与研究应该从广义范畴出发,视野应更开阔些。
The topic about communication ability as prolonged as the communication itself,however,there is no unified definition to 'communication ability'.The paper made the research on the concept and connotation of communication ability,and statistics and analysis of the current research orientation for communication ability,finally drew the conclusion that mass media is not the only body for the implementation of communication ability,and communication ability is more close to the Service type government construction.The focus and research for communication ability should base on the more generalized definition and should have more opened research vision.
