This paper presents a new smart cap resistance- measuring instrument based on p891pc935, including its design principle of hardware and software. This instrument has many virtues,such as less volume, lower consume,high precision , easy to operate , stable property and so on. It is a kind of reliable and portable type special testing instrument.
