摘要
介绍了三种精密电压调节器TL431的应用电路:不平衡直流电桥输出信号的稳定和线性化电路,恒流源电路,4-20mA/0-5V电流,电压转换电路。分析了电路工作原理,给出了电路设计方法。所设计的电路简单、新颖、实用。可广泛用于模拟电子电路,特别是传感器的信号调理电路中。由于采用了精密电压调节器TL431做基准电压源,因此电路精度高,稳定性能好。
Three practical circuits of precision voltage conditioner TIA31 are introduced: The steady and linear output circuit of imbalance DC bridge, the constant current source, 4 - 20mA/0 - 5V converter. The circuit principle is analyzed, and the design method is given. The designed circuit is simple and novel and practical, and it can be used extensively in analogue circuits, special in signal condition circuits of sensor. Because precision voltage conditioner TL431 is used for voltage reference, the circuit is precise and steady.
