摘要 黏细菌属于原核生物,作为一种可产生丰富而有用的次级代谢物的微生物类群而受到研究者青睐,由于分离纯化黏细菌相当困难和耗时,并且难于培养,同时方法特殊,极大地限制了对这类微生物物种资源的开发,其应用研究较其他的微生物类群更为落后.所以,探索更好的分离纯化黏细菌的方法非常重要.对黏细菌的分离、纯化、纯度检验和菌种保藏等方面已有研究做了较为全面的综述,希望能对研究黏细菌者有一些帮助. Considerable attention has been paid to Myxobacteria recentty because of producting more abundant and useful secondary metabolism, including antibacterial, antifungal, anticancer and thrombolysis compounds. Because purification and characterization of Myxobacteria is very difficult and time-consuming and the method is so special that it cannot easily be cultivated. All these confine overwhelmingly the exploitation of Myxobacteria. So the exploratory development to Myxobacteria falls behind other micro-organism. Therefore, it is very important to look for a better method of purification and characterization of Myxobacteria. In order to promote the researching of myxobacteria, this paper reviews the latest methods on the isolation, purification, purity check and strains preserve of myxobacteria.
