摘要
在全球一体化和发展多元化的形势下,发展中大国之间的协调与合作,对世界经济和政治秩序的建设正起到不容忽视的作用。中国与南非合作关系的发展证明了这一点。中南建交近十年来,共识与合作不断深化,两国正在形成政治互信、经济互利、国际互助的战略伙伴关系。双方从增进了解到加深理解,对各自国家治理的政策理念和国际事务中对发展中国家的利益诉求有广泛的共同立场与合作的基础,也建立了卓有成效的协商机制。今后的中南关系将进一步走向成熟和稳定。
Under the situation of global integration and development diversity, conferring and cooperation between the developing powers are playing an unneglectable role in building the world economic and political order, which is proved by the development of China-South Africa cooperative relation. Since the diplomatic relations were established between China and South Africa for nearly ten years, the bilateral common understanding has been deepening and a strategic partnership of political mutual trust, economic mutual benefit and international mutual assistance is forming. From enhancing understanding to deepening perception, China and South Africa have extensive common stance and cooperative basis on their own conceptions of national governance policy and in meeting the developing countries’ interest in international affairs, and very effective consulting mechanisms have been established between the two sides. China-South Africa relation will go mature and stable in the future.
