摘要
情绪智力与非智力因素之间有着本质的区别。它是在多元智力取向背景下形成的一种新的智力理论,是对传统智力的扩展和补充,是智力的重要组成部分;而非智力因素是智力测验的因素不能解释而又与智力活动有关的另类因素。国内学者与西方学者在情绪智力与非智力因素认识上有着巨大差异,无论从情绪智力与非智力因素产生和发展的历史背景、理论依据、概念定义、研究内容、应用范围还是生理机制等方面都存在本质不同。
There are really some essential differences between emotional intelligence and nonintelligence factors. Emotional intelligence is a new intelligence theory formed in the context of multi-intelligence. Emotional intelligence is not only a extension and complement of traditional intelligence, but also an important component parts of traditional intelligence. Nonlntelligence factors are the alternative fctors which a set of intelligent test can not explain but closely related to intelligent activity. There was a largely difference between Chinese scholars and western scholars for emotional intelligence and nonintellective factors. There were essential differentiations among the historical background of shaping and development, definitions, researched contents, applied areas and physiological mechanisms for them.
