摘要
党的基层组织资源整合能力研究拓宽了党的组织工作的视野和空间,起到了资源均衡的作用,对提高党的执政能力大有益处。因此,我们应该对党的组织资源有一个正确的理论分析,进一步认清党的基层组织资源整合的现状、效果与症结,把握党的基层组织资源整合能力建设的决定因素,处理好提高党的基层组织资源整合能力必须面对的两对关系。
The Party＇s primary organization resource integration ability has broadened the vision and space of the party＇ s organizational tasks. It has played a role of resources smoothing and has benefited much for the Party＇ s governing capacity. Therefore, we should have a correct theoretical analysis of the Party＇ s organization resource and further understand the present situation, the effects and the real problem. We should grasp the decisive factor of the Party＇s primary organization resource integration ability construction and deal well with the two relations of improving the Party＇s primary organization resource integration ability.
