摘要
近年来,由于各种原因,医学院校毕业生择业与临床实习的矛盾在全国各地已经非常普遍,引起了医学院校和教学医院相关人士的诸多讨论,但目前仍没有一个两全其美的解决方案。文章对该矛盾进行了分析和思考,并提出了相应的对策。
In recent years, due to various kinds of reasons, the contradiction between clinical practice and obtaining job is very common in China. It also has aroused many discussions from the experts of medical schools and teaching hospitals. But, at present, there is still no effective scheme to solve this problem. We analyse and ponder over the contradiction and give a suggestion which might solve this contradiction.
