摘要
目前 ,临床医学专业研究生的培养存在 4个主要矛盾 ,即单一学科知识深度与全科知识广度之间的矛盾 ;研究课题深度与专业知识广度之间的矛盾 ;理论知识深度与临床知识广度的矛盾 ;掌握单一技能与专业其它技能的矛盾。对此 ,应采取 :①科间轮转 ,拓宽全科领域知识面 ;②重点阅读学术专著 ,全面了解专业发展动态 ;③加强临床技能考核 ,锻炼临床诊疗能力 ;④注重综合技能培养 ,提高整体素质 ;⑤发挥院校间和科间学术优势 。
At present there are 4 major contradictions in the cultivation of graduate students in clinical medicine, viz. the contradictions between the depth of knowledge on one particular specialty and the scope of general medical knowledge, between the depth of the research subject and the scope of professional knowledge, between the depth of theoretical knowledge and the scope of clinical knowledge, and between the mastery of one special skill and the mastery of other professional skills. It is suggested that the following methods be adopted to resolve these contradictions: ①rotating among various departments so as to widen general medical knowledge; ②focusing on the reading of academic monographs so as to fully grasp the development trends of a specialty; ③strengthening the assessment of clinical skills so as to enhance the clinical capability for correct diagnosis and treatment; ④stressing the cultivation of comprehensive skills so as to improve the general quality; and ⑤ bringing into play the academic advantages of various universities and departments so as to strike a path of joint cultivation.
