脯氨酸铜配合物的合成与表征 被引量:2

Synthesis and Characterization of Copper Complex with L-proline

摘要 在常规条件下合成了脯氨酸铜配合物并获得其晶体,X射线单晶衍射、元素分析表明该配合物组成为[Cu(L-pro)2(H2O)2](L-pro=L-脯氨酸根).晶体属单斜晶系,P21/n空间群,a=5.584(2),b=17.901(7),c=7.005(2),β=104.58(2)°,V=677.7(5)3,Z=2,Mr=327.8,Dc=1.607 Mg/m3,R1=0.036 2,wR2=0.091 5,配合物中铜离子处于八面体配位环境. The crystal of [Cu(L-pro)2(H2O)2] was synthesized and characterized by element analysis and X-ray single crystal structure. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/n,with a=5.584(2)A,b=17.901(7)A,c=7.005(2)A,β=104.58(2)A,V=677.7(5)A^3,Z=2,Mr=327.8,Dc=1.607 Mg/m^3,R1=0.036 2,wR2=0.091 5. In the crystal structure of compound,Cu (Ⅱ) ion is six-coordinated to form a distorted octahedron.
