摘要
介绍了HPGe探测器无源效率刻度技术的研究进展及国内外应用概况,简单描述无源效率刻度软件ISOCS和LabSOCS的原理及验证工作,讨论了有源效率刻度和无源效率刻度的优缺点,最后提出无源效率刻度方法是一种快速、准确的刻度方法。
An introduction is given on the research and application of HPGe detectors＇ souceless efficiency calibration. The ISOCS and LabSOCS are also described, then compare the advantage and disadvantage of the sourceless and source-based efficiency calibriaton, in the end we indicate that sourceless efficiency calibration is a fast and accurate method.
