摘要
采用正交试验设计方法探讨6-BA、NAA和2,4-D对观赏辣椒一步成苗影响的结果表明:6-BA与NAA的浓度比对丛生芽诱导的影响最大。筛选出的观赏辣椒一步成苗的最适培养基为1/2MS+1.0mg·L-16-BA+0.5mg·L-1NAA+0.2mg·L-12,4-D,并获得移栽后的成活植株。
The effect of plant growth regulators including 6-BA, NAA and 2,4-D on inducing one-step-seedling formation of ornamental Capsicum annuum L. was studied using an orthogonal experimental design. The re- sults showed that the most important factor affecting on inducing caespitose shoots was the ratio of 6-BA and NAA. The best medium inducing one-step-seedling formation of ornamental Capsicum annuum L. was 1/2MS+ 1.0 mg.L^-1 6-BA+0.5 m.g.L^-1 NAA+0.2 mg.L^-1 2,4-D. And many regeneration planflets were obtained.
