摘要
针对现有温度控制仪不能编程的缺点,设计了一种基于模糊PID控制的可编程智能温度控制仪及其软硬件实现方法。该温控仪可根据现场工艺特点,对每个工艺流程编程,并自动完成流程动作,其控制算法采用一种新的Fuzzy+PID控制,充分结合了PID控制与模糊控制的优点。最后,给出温控仪在某印染厂的实验结果。
According to the disadvantage of the existing temperature controller which is not programmable, a kind of programmable in- telligent temperature controller based on Fuzzy-PID with its design method for software and hardware is introduced. According to the craft characteristics, the programmable intelligent temperature controller can program for each process and complete the process action automatically. A kind of new method for Fuzzy& auto-adaptive PID is adopted in the controller, which combines the advantage of both regular PID and fuzzy control well. Finally, the experimental result is given.
