摘要
根据无机非金属材料专业学生在生产实习和毕业实习阶段需要进行大量动态水热合成实验的情况,在普通恒温鼓风干燥箱上增加主轴、电动机、减速机、变频器等部件进行改造。改造后的干燥箱与小型聚四氟乙烯内衬与不锈钢外衬反应釜结合使用,可以用于动态水热合成实验。经过多年的实验使用,改造后的实验设备安全可靠,简单实用,教学效果和科研效果显著。
According to the fact that inorganic nonmetallic materials students need to do a large num- ber of dynamic hydrothermal synthesis experiments in the production practice and graduation practice stage, the ordinary air blowing drying box is modified by adding the spindle, motor, reducer, frequen- cy converter. The air blowing drying box after modification can be used for dynamic hydrothermal syn- thesis experiments with a combination of the small PTFE and stainless steel liner reaction kettle. After many years of experimental use, it is found that the air blowing drying box has the advantages of safe and reliable, simple and practical. It has remarkable effect in teaching and scientific research.
