几种分子在胶质瘢痕形成中作用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 胶质瘢痕的形成是导致中枢神经损伤后结构和功能重建困难的最重要因素,这一过程包括了多种分子参与的复杂反应。其中GFAP是胶质瘢痕形成的重要物质基础,HSP70可能通过促进GFAP的表达来发挥作用,NF-κB可能具有促进反应性胶质增生的作用,不同种类的CSPG则分别发挥不同甚至相反的作用。部分学者已经通过干预这其中几种分子的表达不同程度地抑制了胶质瘢痕的形成。
