摘要
目的对比分析个体化治疗临界量高血压脑出血的疗效。方法分析2016年1月‐2017年12月72例临界量高血压脑出血(30±5)ml患者,随机分为个体化治疗组37例,传统保守治疗组35例,比较并发症发生率、血肿吸收时间、住院费用、1个月后的近期疗效及6个月以上的远期预后情况。结果个体化治疗组在住院费用不明显增加情况下,缩短血肿吸收时间(P <0.05),明显改善1个月后的近期疗效(P <0.01);6个月以上远期预后有一定的改善,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论个体化治疗临界量高血压脑出血综合并量化患者年龄、意识状态、出血部位及肌力损害等指标并制定相应评分表,能减少患者的住院时间及降低致残率,改善患者的预后,为临床治疗方案的选择提供一定的参考。
[Objective]To compare the effects of individualized treatment of critical hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. [Methods]Data of 72patients with critical hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage [(30±5)ml]treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017were randomly divided into individualized treatment group (37cases)and observation group (35 cases).The complications,hematoma absorption time,hospital charges and prognosis of one-month and six-month treatments in two groups were compared.[Results]Hospital charges and complications between the two groups had no statistical difference.In the individualized treatment group,the time of hematoma absorption was shortened (P <0.05),and the prognosis of one-month treatment was significantly improved (P <0.05);the prognosis of six-month treatment was improved,but there was no statistical significance (P >0.05),[Conclusion]Individualized treatment of critical hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage summarized and quantified indicators such as age,consciousness,bleeding site,muscle strength damage,and they were tabulated into a corresponding scoring table.This individualized treatment can reduce the hospitalization period and the disability,improve the therapy effectiveness,and provide reference for the choice of the clinical treatment.
