摘要
目的探讨系统性健康教育流程对颅脑肿瘤手术患者疾病不确定感的影响。方法将82例颅脑肿瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各41例,观察组按健康教育流程实施系统性教育,对照组按常规进行健康教育;采用疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)对两组患者于入院时、手术前、出院前进行疾病不确定感调查。结果观察组患者手术前和出院时疾病不确定感与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),观察组患者在手术前以及出院时的疾病不确定感均比入院时明显下降(均P<0.01);而对照组手术前疾病不确定感与入院时无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院前疾病不确定感与入院时比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用系统性健康教育流程对患者进行教育,能明显降低患者的疾病不确定感。
Objective To evaluate the influence of health education on uncertainty in illness among patients with operation for intracranial tumor. Methods 82 cases patients with operation for intracranial tumor were randomly divided into the observer group (n=41) and the control group (n=41). Patients in the observer group were treated with systematic health education and patients in the control group were treated with routine health education. Investigation of uncertainty in illness were done on admission, before operation and prior to discharge. Results There were significant difference between uncetainty in illness of the observer group on admission, before operation and prior to discharge (P 〈 0.01 ), with uncertainty decreased obviously (P 〈 0.01 ). In the control group, there was significant difference between uncertainty in illness of patients on admission and prior to discharge, but no significant difference was found on admission and before operation. Conclusion It could significantly decrease uncertainty in illness among patients with operation for intracranial tumor with application of systematic health education.
