不同脂肪对育成期蓝狐生产性能及消化代谢的影响 被引量:12

摘要 为探讨豆油、猪油和脂肪粉3种不同脂肪对育成期蓝狐生产性能和消化代谢的影响,采用单因素试验设计,选用7周龄健康的蓝狐72只,随机分为3组,每组公母各半,分别饲喂含6%豆油、6%猪油和6%脂肪粉的3种试验日粮。通过饲养试验和消化代谢试验,筛选出适宜添加的脂肪类型。结果表明,各组间的日采食量差异不显著(P>0.05),但饲喂豆油有降低日采食量的趋势;脂肪粉组的日增重显著低于豆油组和猪油组,公狐组间差异显著(P<0.05),豆油组和猪油组间差异不显著(P>0.05);料肉比以豆油组最低,脂肪粉组最高,并且豆油组公狐和母狐分别与脂肪粉组差异显著(P<0.05)和极显著(P<0.01);饲喂脂肪粉能提高干物质消化率,但差异不显著(P>0.05);脂肪消化率以豆油组最高,其次是猪油组,脂肪粉组最低,豆油组和猪油组均极显著地高于脂肪粉组(P<0.01);钙消化率以豆油组最高,并且显著地高于猪油组和脂肪粉组(P<0.05),磷消化率各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合各项试验指标,育成期蓝狐日粮中添加豆油的效果较好。 The experiment observed the effects of soybean oil, lard and fat powder on the performance and digestive metabolism of the growing blue fox. One factor experimental design was used in this study. 72 7-week-old healthy growing blue fox were randomly divided into three groups in which the number of male and female were equal. Different groups were respectively provided with diets supplementing 6% soybean oil,6% lard and 6% fat powder to select which fat was the best to supply in the diets by breeding and metabolism experiment. The results showed that there was no significant different among groups (P 〉 0.05) ; soybean oil could improve feed intake, body daily gain of male blue fox, body daily gain of animals fed fat powder group was significantly less than that of animals fed soybean oil and lard group( P 〈 0.05) ,and there was not significant difference( P 〉 0.05)between soybean oil and lard group; feed conversion ratio of animals fed soybean oil group was least and fat powder group was highest, the male ( P 〈 0.05) and female ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; DM digestibility of animals fed fat powder group was not very significantly highest than that of soybean oil and lard group ( P 〉 0.05) ; fat absorptivity ratio of fed soybean oil group was highest, secondly lard group, fat powder group was least, soybean oil and lard groups were very significantly highest than that of fat powder group( P 〈 0.01) ; absorption of Ca of animals fed soy-bean oil group is significantly highest than that of lard and fat powder group( P 〈 0.05), three group animals were not significant difference in absorption of P ( P 〉0. 05). Considering all factors, the optimal fat is soybean oil for growing blue fox.
