摘要
厚度小于0.18 mm极薄二次冷轧型镀锡板,广泛应用于电子、制罐等领域,其特点为规格薄、强度高,生产难度大,目前国内只有宝钢采用二次冷轧方式来进行生产。本文在对镀锡板的分类及生产工艺流程进行简单介绍的基础上,经过大量的现场试验与理论研究,立足自主开发,结合宝钢1220二次冷轧机组的设备与工艺特点,针对BA向二次冷轧材生产、DR材产品品质等方面特征,提出了预平整工序的投入、轧制工艺参数优化、切水方法改进等核心生产工艺,形成具有宝钢特色的二次冷轧型镀锡板生产技术,提高了宝钢的市场竞争力,具有进一步推广应用的价值。
Double cold reduction thin plate whose thickness is less than 0.18 mm is widely used in electron and can production area. The feature is thin and high strength and it is difficult to produce. At the present time only baosteel adopts double cold reduction mode to produce the plate. This paper which is based on the introduction of thin plate assorting and production technology and with lots of assay and theory research, combined with equipment and craft feature presents input of pretemper rolling, rolling parameter optimization and slicing water improvement etc. , core production craft and formats the production technology of double cold reduction thin plate, increases market competitive power of baosteel and has further extend application value.
