摘要
经过大量的现场试验与理论研究,在首次提出一个板形与粗糙度综合控制目标函数的基础上,充分结合双UCM平整机组的设备工艺特点,不但成品考虑到带材的板形质量,而且考虑到出口带材的表面粗糙度要求,建立了一套适合于双UCM平整机组的轧制压力、伸长率综合分配及张力优化设定模型,实现了板形与表面质量的综合控制。相关技术已经被应用到某厂双机架平整机组光亮板轧制的生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果,具有进一步推广应用的价值。
According to field experiment and research of theory, a model which applys to rolling pressure of DCR, elongation percentage distributing, optimization of tension was built, on the basic of bringing forward a object function of combination control of shape and degree of roughness, combining the characteristic of DCR, not only considering the shape of belt material, but also the degree of roughness of exiting belt. The combination control of shape and surface quality was achieved. Related technique, which values for more generalization, has already been used for bright bat of steel work. Well effect was acquired.
