摘要
目的:对委陵菜的化学成分进行研究。方法:以95%的乙醇回流提取,对提取液的乙酸乙酯萃取物采用正相硅胶、反相硅胶和Sephadex LH-20层析柱进行分离纯化,并利用理化性质和IR、MS1、H-NMR1、3C-NMR光谱技术鉴定其化学结构。结果:从委陵菜乙醇提取液的乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到4个化合物,经鉴定分别为芹菜素(apigenin,化合物1)、槲皮素(quercetin,化合物2)、苯甲酸(benzoic acid,化合物3)和没食子酸(gallic acid,化合物4)。结论:除化合物1外,化合物2、3和4均为首次从委陵菜中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Potentilla chinensis Ser.. Methods: Extraction was done with 95 % EtOH. EtOAc fraction of the EtOH extract was isolated and purified by column chromatography using silica gel,RP silica gel and Sephadex LH 20. The compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and IR, MS,^1 H-NMR and ^13C-NMR spectral analysis. Results: Four compounds were obtained from EtOAc fraction of the EtOH extract of Potentilla chinensis Ser.. They were identified as apigenin(compound 1 ), quercetin(compound 2), benzoic acid (compound 3) and gallic acid (compound 4). Conclusion:These compounds are isolated from Potentilla chinensis Ser. for the first time except compound 1.
