摘要
公共建筑承载着众多的人员与社会活动,有着重要的经济和社会价值。本文从建筑的设计与技术两方面,针对公共建筑自身弱点提出应对恐怖袭击的策略与措施,力求在设计阶段作到防范于未然,保障公共建筑与人员安全。
Public building which provides necessary spaces for multitudinous people and their social activities has important economic and social values. In order to ensure the safety of public building and people and to take preventive methods in the design stages, we focused on the weakness of public buildings and provided some strategies and measures against the terrorist attacks from two aspects of the architectural design and technique in this paper.
