摘要
目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成（LDVT）患者生活质量。方法采用问卷调查法对在我院住院2次以上的87例LDVT患者进行了躯体功能、情绪状态、社会功能、职责角色与健康意识的调查,对回收问卷进行了统计学分析。结果LDVT的生活质量与患者文化程度、情绪状态等有关。结论对LDVT患者提供专业咨询、心理指导、健康宣教,能有效提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the quality of life of patients with deep vein thrombsis of the lower extremity（LDVT）.Methods Eighty seven cases of LDVT who were hospitalized more than twice in our hospital from April 2004 to August 2006 were investigated with questionnaire including body function,mood condition,social function,responsibility role and health consciousness,then the datum were analyzed statistically.Results The quality of life of LDVT patients was related to the education level,mood condition,ect.Conclusions To offer the specialized consultation,psychological instruction,health propaganda to LDVT patients can effectively enhance their quality of life.
