摘要
对大型体育赛事的三种运行模式加以分析,同时分析了"政府支持、市场运作、企业投资"这种新型运行模式下依托第七届残运会的昆明新亚洲体育城项目的开发优势和风险。提出星耀集团通过独特的地产开发模式、变身城市运营商、依托昆明新城区建设的新城市中心打造和贯穿全过程的资源整合和风险控制战略可以使得企业充分利用市场机制和整合因赛事举办带来的各项资源,从根本上解决大型体育赛事后的场馆经营问题。
This paper analyses the three operation modes of major sports events as well as and advantages and risks of the development of the Project of Kunming New Asia Sports City under the new operauon mode of "government support, market operation and corporation investment" based on the Seventh National Games for the Disabled. It is proposed that through special real estate development mode, Xingyao Group changed itself into the city operator based on the resource integration and risk control strategy in the whole process of new city area construction of Kunming, making the enterprise able to make full use of the market mechanism and integrate all the resources brought by the sports event, fundamentally solving the problem of field operation after major sports events.
