摘要
目的测定藿香正气胶囊中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量.方法采用HPLC法.色谱柱:采用Thermo 1254133T色谱柱(250×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(75∶25);流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:294nm.结果厚朴酚平均回收率为99.81%,RSD=0.3%(n=5);和厚朴酚平均回收率为100.14%,RSD=0.8%(n=5).结论方法简单易行,结果准确,可靠,适用于本品的含量测定.
OBJECTIVE To set up a method for determination of magnolol and honokiol in Huoxiang Zhengqi capsule. METHODS HPLC method was adopted. The mobile phase was methanol-water （75 ： 25） ,the flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1 ,and the UV detection wavelength was 294nm. RESULTS Average recovery rate of magnolol was 99.81%, RSD was 0.3 % （ n = 5） ;average recovery rate of honokiol was 100.14 %, RSD was 0.8 % （ n =5）. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the assay of magnolol and honokiol in Huoxiang Zhengqi capsule.
