摘要
目的 建立解热消炎胶囊剂的含量测定方法。方法 采用用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；甲醇-0.4％磷酸水溶液（55：45）为流动相；流速为0．90ml·min^-1；柱温为40℃，检测波长280nm，进样量为10μl，外标法计算含量。结果黄芩苷在19．7～98．5μg·ml^-1内峰面积与对照品浓度呈良好线性关系，其回归方程为Y=61824X＋75898，平均回收率为100．3％，RSD为1．87％（n=5）。结论 该方法简便、准确、重现性好，为解热消炎胶囊剂的质量控制提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Jierexiaoyan capsule. METHODS The chromatographic conditions were shim-pack CLC- ODS C18 column（6.0×150mm）, mobile phase of methanol- 0.4 phosphoric acid （55 ：45）, flow rate of 0.90ml · min^-1, column temperature of 40℃ and detection wavelength was set at 280nm. RESULTS The regression equation was Y = 61824 X ± 75898, then the standard curve was linear over the range of 19. 7-98. 5μg · ml^-1. The average recovery was 100.3 % with RSD = 1.87% （ n = 5）. CONCLUSION The HPLC method was sensitive,rapid and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of Jierexiaoyan Capsule.
