摘要
通过拉伸性能和电导率测试,扫描电镜和透射电镜观察,研究了固溶处理及时效对Al-7.2Zn-2.0Mg-1.2Cu-0.10Sc-0.10Zr合金组织性能的影响。结果表明:合金的最佳固溶工艺为:470℃×120min。经回归再时效处理(RRA)120℃×24h+170℃×1h+120℃×24h处理,合金的抗拉强度为595.8MPa,屈服强度为572.0MPa,伸长率为8.3%,相对电导率为38.4%IACS。
The effects of solution treatment and aging process on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-7.2Zn-2.0Mg-1.2Cu-0.10Sc- 0.10Zr ahoy were investigated by tensile tests, electric conductivity, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the suitable solution treatment is solution at 470℃ for 120min. After retrogression and re-ageing treatment (RRA, 120℃ × 24h +170℃ × 1h + 120℃ × 24h), the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and relative electric conductivity of the studied alloy are 595.8MPa, 572.0MPa, 8.3% and 38.4%IACS, respectively.
