二甲双胍联合达因-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察二甲双胍联合短效避孕药达因-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效。方法选择2001-2005年在我院诊治的多囊卵巢综合征患者45例,随机分成两组。研究组25例给予二甲双胍联合达因-35治疗,对照组20例给予达因-35治疗,用药12周,观察治疗前后临床表现、性激素、空腹血糖和空腹胰岛素等变化。结果两组治疗后痤疮明显改善,月经恢复,血LH、T明显下降(P<0.01),LH/FSH比值降低,空腹血糖无变化。联合用药组体重指数明显降低,空腹胰岛素下降(P<0.05),排卵率、妊娠率都较单用达因-35高,流产率降低。单用达因-35组体重指数和空腹胰岛素无变化。结论采用二甲双胍联合达因-35对PCOS进行治疗,能有效降低雄激素水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,取得较好的治疗效果,疗效优于单用达因-35。
