达英-35对PCOS患者血清AMH水平的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨达英-35对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清中抗苗勒管激素(AMH)的影响。方法选择43例PCOS患者,给予达英-35治疗,用药前后分别检测血清中AMH;另选择36例同期非PCOS月经规律不孕患者作对照。结果实验组治疗前后血清AMH水平比较有显著性差异(t=9.22,P<0.01);实验组治疗前血清AMH水平高于对照组(t=9.22,P<0.01),治疗后与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论达英-35治疗PCOS患者,能降低其AMH水平。
