摘要
通过文献资料法、数据分析等方法就游泳项目中力量训练进行了研究。指出游泳运动员在力量训练的过程中要有针对性、方法要多样化、时间安排要根据不同的项目进行合理的安排。以减少运动员运动损伤的发生,促进其更健康的发展,为提高运动成绩提供有力的保障。
Through using the method of literature, logic analysis, this paper gave a discussion on training of physical strength of swimmers. The author points that there are some factors should be given attention in the process: aiming, diversification in methods, proper arrangement on time. So that, the swimmers will develop well without much sport harm.
