摘要
阐述了抽水蓄能电站在电力系统中起着对电能进行时效加工的作用,产生正的电量效益。提出应将抽水蓄能电站等同于变电所、电抗器、串联电容补偿器及静止无功补偿器等作为现代电力系统中不可缺少的生产单元,而不能将它作为一般概念的发电电源。因此,对抽水蓄能电站进行经济评估时,应充分考虑其动态效益。对其管理形式也应视同于变电所等生产单元。
In consideration that the role of a pumped storage station is but processing time effectiveness and producing positive benefit of electricity on power system, the paper suggests that the station can be taken as a production element same as a substation, reactor, series compensator or static VAR compensator indispensible in power system other than a common power source. Therefore,in economic evaluation, the dynamic benefits shall be fully considered. It shall be managed as a production element same as a substation etc.
