摘要
目的:建立用混合粘合剂碳糊电极阴极溶出伏安法测定氨力农的方法。方法:由65.0%石墨粉,17.5%液体石蜡,17.5%α-溴代萘制备碳糊电极。在 pH 7.0,0.15 mol·L^(-1)NaH_2PO_4-Na_2HPO_4缓冲溶液中,氨力农在该碳糊电极上产生一灵敏的阴极溶出伏安峰,当有0.0020 mol·L^(-1)KCl 和0.0050%Triton X-100存在时,峰高明显增加。结果:氨力农在5.5×10^(-8)~5.5×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1)范围内与峰高呈良好的线性关系,r 为0.9980,检出限为7.2×10^(-9)mol·L^(-1)。利用此峰测定了血清中的氨力农,回收率为94.4%~107%,RSD 为2.3%~4.2%。结论:电极制作简便,方法灵敏度高。
Objective :To establish the determination method of amrinone using mixed binder carbon paste electrode with cathodic stripping vohammetric . Method: mixed binder carbon paster electrode containing 65.0% graphite, 17.5% liquid paraffin and 17.5% α - bromonaphalene was used to determinate trace amfinone. In a Ph 7.0, 0.15mol· L^-1 phosphate buffer solution containing 0. 0020mol·L^-1 KCl and 0. 0050% triton X - 100,amrinone gives a sensitive cathodic stripping voltammetric peak at - 1.50V on this carbon paste electrode. Result:Linear relation between the peak current and the concentration was found between 5.5×10^-8 5.5×10^-6 mol·L^-1 and correlation coefficient was 0. 9980. The detection limit was 7.2×10^-9mol·L^-1. The proposed method applied to the determination of trace amounts of amrinone in serum samples, recovery was 94. 4% - 107% and RSD was 2.3% -4.2%. Conclusion The facture of electrode was simple and the method had high sensitivity.
