摘要
目的:研究盐酸纳洛酮在失水和吸收水分的过程中引起晶型的变化。方法:采用红外光谱、热重分析及 X-射线粉末衍射法研究盐酸纳洛酮晶型变化特征。结果:发现盐酸纳洛酮存在2种结晶型和1种无定型。结论:在不同的试验条件下,盐酸纳洛酮的晶型会发生相互转化。
Objective:To study the polymorphic form transformation of naloxone hydrochloride induced by losing and absorbing the water. Method: Using FTIR, TGA and X - ray powder diffraction to research the various polymorphic forms. Result: Naloxone hydrochloride exsited in two types of polymorphic form and one amorphous form in this study. Conclusion:Under the different experimentation condition,the polymorphic form and amorphous form of naloxone hydrochloride can transfer one another.
