摘要
采用硝酸铝盐分光光度法测定芹菜叶中的总黄酮含量,研究用乙醇回流提取芹菜叶黄酮的最佳工艺条件,乙醇提取的优化条件为乙醇浓度为70%、料液比(W∶V)1∶10、提取温度90℃、提取时间120min。
Determined the contents of flavonoid from the celery leaves with aluminium nitrate spectrophotometric method, the optimized technique condition was studied for extraction with ethanol celery leaves as raw material. The optimum extracting conditions with ethanol were 70% ethanol, ratio of solid to liquid 1 : 10 materiel ratio, extracting temperature 90 ℃, extracting time 2 h.
