摘要
实验研究了商品孪连表面活性剂G-52(N,N’-亚丁基双月桂酰溴化铵)的界面活性、润湿性能及对大庆低渗透油藏注水井的降压增注效果。实验温度45℃,实验G-52溶液用矿化度4.9g/L的模拟大庆采油五厂注入水配制,实验原油为黏度82.8mPa·s的该厂脱水脱气原油。用表面张力法测得G-52的临界胶束浓度为800mg/L。G-52溶液与原油间的动态界面张力随G-52浓度增大而增大,其瞬时最低值在G-52浓度25~800mg/L为10^-3mN/m,G-52浓度1000~1200mg/L时为10^-2mN/m,其平衡值在G-52浓度25、50mg/L时为10^-2mN/m,在G52浓度1000~1200mg/L时为10^-1mN/m,低G-52浓度时动态界面张力的建立较缓慢。G-52溶液可使甲基硅油处理的玻片表面由弱亲油变偏亲水,接触角减小约40°。在气测渗透率5.19×10^-3~7.93×10^-3μm^2的4支环氧树脂胶结石英砂岩心驱替实验中,注入浓度100、200、400、500mg/L的G-52水溶液时,岩心注入压力比注水时降低26.5%-55.3%,原油采收率比水驱采收率(30.32%-48.1796)提高3.16%~4.20%。图7表6参7。
The interfacial activity, wetting behavior, and ability of stimulating water injection wells in low permeability reservoirs in Daqing are investigated for commercial gemini surfactant G-52, butylene-N,N'-bis (layroyl ammonium bromide). The experiments are conducted at 45℃ with G-52 solution in simulation injection water of TSD = 4.9 g/L of the 5th Daqing production factory and degased and dehydrated crude oil of viscosity 82.8 mPa· s of the same factory. The critical mlcelle concentration of G-52 is of 800 mg/L as shown by surface tension determinations. The values of dynamic interracial tension between G-52 solution and the crude oil increase with increasing G-52 concentration with instant minimum values being of 10-3 mN/m magnititude at G-52 concentration 25--800 mg/L and of 10-2 mN/m magnititude at G-52 concentration 1000-1200 mg/L and with equilibrium values being of 10-2 mN/m rnagnititude at G-52 concentration 25 and 50 mg/L and of 10^- 1 mN/m magnititude at G-52 concentration 100-1200 mg/L and the interracial tension creates and develops slower at low G-52 concentrations. Immersing silicone oil treated glas platelets in G-52 solution changes their surfaces from weakly lipophilic to hydrophilic and decreases the contact angle on the surfaces by about 40°. In flooding experiments on 4 epoxy consolidated quartz core models of air permeability 5.19 × 10^- 3-7.93 × 10^- 3 μm^2 injecting G-52 solution of concentration 100,200,400, and 500 mg/L leads to injection pressure by 26.5-55.3% lowered than that of water injection and to an enhancement in oil recovery of 3.16-4.20% on the basis of oil recovery by water flood 30.32-48.17%.
