摘要
目的:研究云南元宝枫叶的化学成分。方法:用常压硅胶柱色谱、薄层色谱及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法对元宝枫叶的70%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过MS和NMR等波谱分析方法对其分离产物进行结构鉴定。结果:从元宝枫叶70%乙醇提取物的石油醚部分和醋酸乙酯部分中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1),β-香树脂醇(2),β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(3),3,5-二羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(4),紫云英苷(5),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(6)及槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(7)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Acer truncatum. Method: Various chromatographic techniques were used to isolate and purify the constituents. The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis. Result: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol (1),β-amyrin (2),β-amyrin acetate (3), 3, 5- dihydroxy-4 -methoxybenzoic acid (4), astragalin (5), quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactoside (6), and quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside ( 7 ). Conclusion: All of compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
