摘要
着重介绍应用于客车制造业中的无缝钢管以及在管壁预制孔的边缘弯曲成一定角度即翻边的模具设计。叙述了无缝钢管翻边的原理,通过对无缝钢管的变形特点、变形程度的分析,确定了无缝钢管翻边模具设计的方案。要保证翻边质量,凸、凹模的设计是关键,通过对不同形式的凸、凹模的分析,确定钢管翻边模结构,采用钢管翻边工艺简化了零件结构,提高密封性,适用于大批量生产。
Flanging die design in passenger car manufacturing was emphasized. Flanging theory of seamless tube was introduced. Die design plan was formulated by analyzing forming characteristics and forming volume. Die and punch design is critical to guarantee the flanging quality. By analyzing different type of die and punch, flanging die structure was determined. Adoption of tube in flanging simplifies part structure and improves seal property.
